Proposed feature: background color for message headers (independent from the background color of the message body)

This visual differentiation will make it easier for the user to see where the headers end and the message starts. This is especially useful when there are lots of headers. 
(As a companion to this enhancement request, another one is being filed for allowing a custom font for headers, independent from the font of the message body)
