Nice FAQ you've got here. Unfortunately, http://extern.tribut.de/dev/sylpheed-compose.pl is not a working url, and I can't find sylpheed-compose.pl anywhere else. Is it still available anywhere?

Yes, it's still available on the bug tracker item referred to - unfortunately the link to the bug tracker item was broken, (due to the phpwiki to mediawiki conversion).

I've now fixed the link to the bug tracker item, and also put the script on sylpheed-claws.net and updated the link on the page.
